Jewelry Board - Part 2

I hung the 2 jewelry boards yesterday. Loving them. Getting dressed this morning was fantastic, because so many accessories were right there for me to look at. I am keeping the sterling silver in the lined top drawer of my lingerie chest to help with the tarnish protection. But this has all my favorite pieces out where I can (hopefully) remember to wear them.

The pic to the left is my wedding portrait and the 2 to the left of that are both of my grandmothers.

I hung the 2 boards to the left of my lingerie chest, over a vanity stool that is usually full of stuff, but I cleaned it off just for you all! Here we have it loaded up.

And full wall effect.

Organization is always so satisfying, isn't it?

WOW! They turned out great. Plus, I love that you have two boards, one for longer items and one for bracelets...so cool. It must be nice to see all the jewelry that you have when you are deciding what to wear...I recently got a jewelry chest, but I cannot see everything laid out like you can!

LOVE THOSE BOARDS! you could open your own Etsy store with them. I love organizing and might have to steal your idea.

GingerSnap - i have to say, it was fun getting ready this morning and selecting my necklace from the wall.

S&S - thank you!

ShopDiva - I know you like the baubles, lady! thank you!

Emily - it was so easy. I will probably play around with the placement of things as I go.

Christina - thank you. Wish I had time to open an Etsy store - I barely have enough time to blog with the kids & puppy! But they really were easy to make - you should try it! Steal away...

Gigi - thank you!

This looks so pretty! I like how you put the nice fabric in the background. I store my tangled up jewelry in a drawer. Yes, it's shameful!

I am amazed! The project turned out soo great , it seems it was easy enough to do, but I imagine the looks are deceiving. I know for sure, I would not be able to accomplish this.
I love how easy it is now to pick a favorite piece, not to mention how stunning the whole display looks!

PoseyFord - yeah, I decided I really needed to do something because my drawer was getting too jumbled and I couldn't find anything.

Cate - would love to see yours, too. I think this would be a great regular bulletin board as well.

BiggerCloset - thank you! I am very happy with them.

Slastena - Thank you - picking a necklace was fun this morning. And it really wasn't that hard to do as I showed in my directions from Sunday or whenever I posted them ("Part 1"). Trust me, I'm not about complicated projects - I'm all about easy! (crafts, decorating, cooking, etc.)
